About Farm Hand Pizza
Farm Hand Pizza was created around one simple idea:
great pizza starts long before the oven is lit.
While much of what we serve begins right here on our farm, we also proudly work with local producers who share our values. The vegetables we use are organically grown, our flour is sourced from local farmers, our honey is harvested from our own hives, our pork and ducks are raised on the farm, our herbs are picked by hand, and our dough is cold-fermented for three days to develop depth, texture, and flavour. Every ingredient is chosen with care. Every step is done with intention.
We cook the way food was meant to be made — with time, fire, and respect for the ingredients.
Every pizza is stretched by hand, topped with peak-season produce, and fired in a traditional wood oven until the crust is blistered, light, and alive. What you taste is the farm, the flame, and the hands that made it.
This isn’t fast food.
This is farm food, finished by fire.
